My recent stay at the Graig, just outside Ludlow, proved both enlightening and satisfying. As a history professor with a penchant for culinary exploration, I thoroughly appreciated the ambiance of their dining room, where breakfast was served by a cozy log burner. Each morning, I was greeted by a delightful selection of cereals and homemade granola, paired with natural organic yogurt. The addition of local honey and homemade compotes elevated this humble breakfast into a memorable culinary experience. Much like my explorations in Poland, where historical narratives intertwine with culture, the Graig presented a harmonious blend of local ingredients and warm hospitality. It is certainly a refuge for anyone wishing to indulge in both comfort and exceptional breakfast fare. I look forward to returning.
